Snowmobile Service Checklist

4-Stroke

• Change oil & filter 
• Replace in-line fuel filter (if applicable)
• Check ski alignment & runners
• Check clutches 
• Set belt deflection 
• Rear suspension removal and inspection 
• Inspect track life
• Replace chaincase oil 
• Check coolant level 
• Battery load test 
• Check all switches & features (operational) 

2-Stroke

• Replace in-line fuel filter (if applicable) 
• Check ski alignment & runners
• Check clutches 
• Set belt deflection 
• Rear suspension removal and inspection 
• Inspect track life  
• Replace chaincase oil 
• Check coolant level 
• Battery load test 
• Check all switches & features (operational) 
• Check/Clean/Adjust power valves & cables 
• Check compression and replace spark plugs 

Marine Service Checklist 

Engine 

• Change engine oil & filter 
• Replace fuel filters 
• Check distributor cap & rotor *replace if needed*
• Check belts & pulleys and inspect for water leaks 

Transmission 

• Grease prop shaft, and re-install propeller 
• Remove drive to inspect bearings & u-joints 
• Drain and replace gear oil *replace drain screw o-ring*
• Replace zinc anodes (if needed) 
• Grease all pivot points & steering system  

Electronics 

• Power to all gauges & switches   
• Perform load test on battery *Clean/Inspect battery cable ends & posts*

Trailer Inspection

• Lights 
• Wheel bearings *grease*
• Tire condition/Add or remove air pressure to spec 
• Tung Jack operational *add grease*
